Rhuby A. Mozelle has the privilege to serve as the First Lady of Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church of Newtonville, NJ, under the leadership of her husband, Reverend W. David Mozelle Jr., II. Together, they have been blessed with nine children and seventeen grandchildren, creating a loving and vibrant family foundation.

Rhuby is a Certified Christian Counselor, Mentor, Office Manager, Psalmist, and Leader, bringing a wealth of experience and compassion to her roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Christian Counseling, which has equipped her with a strong educational background to support her diverse responsibilities.

With over thirty years of experience as an Office Manager in various professional settings, Rhuby has honed her organizational and leadership skills. Her dedication to her church community is evident through her involvement in the Women’s Ministry, where she has served as a Bible study coordinator, small group leader, and audio-visual team leader.

Rhuby’s passion for supporting, serving, and empowering women led to the creation of FLOUHWERS, an organization dedicated to helping women be their very best and actively aiding them in achieving success. Through FLOUHWERS, Rhuby continues to inspire and uplift women, fostering a community of empowerment and growth. One of FLOUHWERS' key initiatives is the "Pantry with a Purpose," an outreach program designed to provide essential resources and support to those in need, further exemplifying Rhuby's commitment to service and compassion.

Her commitment to her faith, family, and community is the cornerstone of her life’s work, and she remains steadfast in her mission to make a positive impact on those around her.
